ROY C MADDOX JR was born in JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA on March 09, 1964. He was a kind aned gentle heart and had so much love for everyone he met. He was a giving person, always trying to make everyone around him happy. He has touched the lives of so many people and will surely be missed as his legacy will continue to live on.

I met Roy at the beginning of his Naval journey, serving with him on the Carl Vinson. I left in Dec 1986, but spent two deployments with Roy. He made everyone feel special. He was a friend to so many.
Even if you weren’t his favorite, he always greeted you with a smile. The world lost a good, Jilon. Wishing you all the best and that Roy continues to RIP, I forgotten! Much love.

Roy always had a smile and a friendly greeting. He was a true friend and gentleman. I think of him often. RIP my friend.
