I met Roy at the beginning of his Naval journey, serving with him on the Carl Vinson. I left in Dec 1986, but spent two deployments with Roy. He made everyone feel special. He was a friend to so many. Even if you weren’t his favorite, he always greeted you with a smile. The world lost a good, Jilon. Wishing you all the best and that Roy continues to RIP, I forgotten!
